Agency Case # CFS09-00183486 April 09, 2009 Gales Ferry : Bank Case Details
At approx. 1450 hrs. an unidentified male suspect entered the Citizens Bank Gales Ferry branch and went directly to the first teller. The suspect had a dark colored nylon pulled over his head, a dark colored baseball style hat, a reddish-brown colored running suit with light colored stripes running down both arms and legs and he was wearing light colored latex gloves. The male suspect placed a manilla file folder on the counter and then his gloved hand with a black semi-automatic hangun on top of it. The male suspect demanded money and the teller complied. The male suspect then walked to the next teller and demanded more money, he then walked calmly out of the bank after stuffing the cash into his pockets. It is unknown if he left the area on foot or in a vehicle. The suspect is believed to be a light skinned black male, approx. 6'00", 200 lbs., possibly in his late 20's to early 30's.
